Why my Warzone (Version 2.2.1) does not look so good?

Hi,

someone postetd a piture of Warzone 2100 which looks very good:

But I installed the newest Version 2.2.1 and it looks:

Why my Warzone (Version 2.2.1) does not look so good? (the mountains)

The first .png is of the on-going development "Trunk" (NOT an official release yet) which features Gerard's new Terrain Render Engine.

The second .png is the old terrain renderer still used in the recent official stable release binary - v. 2.2.1

When the development "Trunk's" new Terrain Render is ready for prime time it will be release binary v. 2.3

To clarify what whippersnapper said, the first .png file was made using an alpha version of 2.3.

Will water look better too?
Perhaps with reflections? (Vertex-, Fragmentshader)
