Don't know if its just me or what but if I try to download the latest devpkg I get:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /warzone/development/devpkg/2.1/mingw32/warzone2100-devpkg-2.1-mingw32-20080316.7z on this server.
It will however let me download any of the other file in that directory.
