It's probably not working because this thread was orignally created back in September 2010, which is 11 months ago. In this time there will have been many new featured added to and many removed from the game rendering this mod incompatible with the current version of Warzone.
Unless someone remakes this mod for 2.3.8, you're just going to have to use a previous version of Warzone that's compatible with this mod. I'm sure BP will tell us which version it works for, unless he's forgotten

Great mod! nuclear missile destroy all enemy while I play with this mod in last technology (in older wz2100 version).

Thought of this idea and seems it was done! I always wanted more destructive power.
My variation would be either like here using a Lassat template... or as a factory where you have a choice of nukes to build and set the delivery point where they get sent to blow up.
Examples:
Mini-Nuke - Small Nuke - Destroys everything within a 25x25 tile radius
ThermoNuke - Large Nuke - Destroys everything within a 50x50 tile radius
MOAN - Mother Of All Nukes - Destroys everything within a 100x100 tile radius
Then all those said tiles will have attribute tileIsBurning for 5 mins, maybe that's what you've done.
