Make option for units to stick together

So I'm trying to make my way through the campaign for the first time, but there's this infuriating bug? feature? where my cars just go after the attackers, get seperated then obliterated. I have to issue move commands like every other frame it's so stupid. Can a button be added to the menu you get when right clicking a unit selection that makes the units stick together? Next to the "patrol" button I guess (which seems to be doing nothing atm)

The orders are still there, but only accessible via key binds.
