Warzone 3.2.0 #version directive missing

hey, im trying to play this version of Warzone2100 with a friend cuz 3.2.2 doesnt want to work online, but he keeps experiencing a problem with Shader_IDs. I have multiple bug reports and a Log from a multiplayer game that keep saying this, but no mater how we go about it nothing seems to work.
OS: Windows 10(no transition)
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9
with an I7 quad core processor
Note this happens in single player, Campaign, Tutorial, and multiplayer for him. He has tried disabling his firewall and anti-virus. still the same results.

We have tried turning off shaders and all that stuff through AMD and the likes
im up for suggestions, Logs will be below in under the line and separated by a large gap. File locations will be altered slightly due to privacy.

I don't know what the issue is, but the shader #version number thing seems to be a warning only, not an error.

And what about the later log.. these messages popped up so fast that they never had a chance to fully show all of it. plus this only happened when we played multiplayer and it was just him and me. which means that his side is hitting those errors.

I don't see anything in the logs that says what went wrong. Actually, I don't know anything about what went wrong – did it crash or something, if so it might be graphics-driver related?

Don't know whether or not it could help, but you could try the latest warzone2100-master-2017*-*-*.exe from http://buildbot.wz2100.net/files/ in case.

Doing a little bit of trouble shooing myself (to try to find where the bug or what ever may be) i ran into a simular log when i removed the mp.wz file from my Programs(x86) location where Warzone2100 installed.

I cannot play the newever version of Warzone2100, game crashes when ever i attempt to host a multiplayer game (havent checked out single player) i attempted 3.2.2 and 3.2.1 both portable and the straight up Exe. so i am using a version that i know works for multiplayer use. at least most of the time.
