Compiling for CentOS 7

Post by karex1 »

I am going to play Warzone 2100 in CentOS 7. Unfortunately there is no compiled RPM found. So the last hope is to compile it myself. I've followed the compilation guide and try to adapt the package names which are deb-centric to CentOS. However I am stuck at libphysfs. I've tried yum search physfs, but nothing found. Please help me, I want to play. It will be very helpful if someone provide RPM for CentOS :D .

I don't know which RHEL/Fedora your CentOS is based on, but once you know that, you can go to http://www.rpmfind.net/ and search for an appropriate RPM package.

Just a reminder that in addition to the libphysfs package, you will also need the -dev or -devel package in order to compile. Call me Capt. Obvious!
