Love the Monolith Battle fortress!
For colors, check out palette.txt, they are all defined there.

Re: Alarak's Modding topic!
EDIT: Added new pictures.
I'm in the proces of making it more faction style. I've used the JS system for AI in order to let the AI only build faction specific technologies. So far, works like a charm
Here follow some screenshots from ingame action. (sorry for relative low-res images)
Also, a lot of unt and structures still requires new textures and models, so expect some stuff yet unchanged.)
A Project attack force with their mighty Devastator Tank spearheading the attack.
A single Devastator attacking.
Small Project force moving out.
Enemy Pulsarion Encountered!
An allied Pulsarion base.
Small attack force from the mysterious but powerful Forgers
Heavy Forger battle force at war with Pulsarion forces.
The Forger Battleforce
Let them fly!
Project attack force being targetted by rocket aircraft
Pulsarion assault forces knocking on the door.
as for this topic: I have modified the palette file, but only in-game colors change, minimap colors don't. Why?
what am I missing? is minimap info also in the palette file? if so, where? I can't find anything.

Re: Alarak's Modding topic!
Hmm, could of swore we changed those from hard coded (in radar.cpp), to be in that file, but, I guess we missed those.Alarak wrote: as for this topic: I have modified the palette file, but only in-game colors change, minimap colors don't. Why?

Re: Alarak's Modding topic!
I'm not exactly aware of the history in this department. As you can see from the images I posted you may notice that unit colors do not line up with the minimap.
and this is how I lined up the player colors.
It's not game breaking, but sometimes annoying. Just saying.
and this is how I lined up the player colors.

Those green-black tanks might suit fantastically well into campaign 4's jungle theme!

If you want, you can use the .pie models.NoQ wrote:Those green-black tanks might suit fantastically well into campaign 4's jungle theme!
I can send them, but they haven't got the highest quality, so you may need to enhance them.
