Warzone 3.1.0 on Win XP.
I like to play Skirmish against 1 AI.
I've researched the factory module, power module, hardcrete, and made a robot factory. I've gotten the mortar on this home PC before and now I can't seem to get it though I get much more advanced stuff like Seraph array. I also had to uninstall and reinstall this installation. Could stuff stored in the registry be corrupt perhaps?
What's going on? The hardcrete is the first wall type early in the game right? Could this be a bug?

You need to research light cannon, then heat shells.
