I am having some issues inserting that into the file, I can't find a editor that works...
I don't suppose you can use git, and make the changes in that file, and then do a patch ? Perhaps that will work...

And yeah, sorry, I meant translate from English to Russian & Dutch.

davidqinzhe, I have no objections, but we have the same problem, I don't know how to insert these kinds of characters into the .nsi file.

Also there is no reason why it should be limited to just Russian and Dutch, except that someone who knows nsis has to insert the other languages.
