Thanks!

More notes on the build. I re downloaded the 2.3beta10 project and had a similar experience as to the first. It went like this though..

The line that needed to be changed was not the SYS_SVN as I said, but it seems my change to this line
PATH="/usr/bin:${PATH}"
allows svn to function. Otherwise I get an odd error about svn not recognizing the url format.

Also it can't find <fontconfig/fontconfig.h> and the font_config stuff. WHen I built the project the last time I downloaded that myself.

As for the iPad stuff it seems there MAY be some discrepancy between GPL and the Apple App Store. It may be more than we can get around by just posting the code, and releasing a DRM free version for the jailbreakers.

Also iPad OpenGL support may be OpenGL ES1.1 might that be a potential problem?

Not a problem - just posting the code is enough. The GPL isn't that hard to obey. ;)

Hrm, that means we can't port trunk, but I think 2.3 should be able to handle that.

Yeah, that was more than a year ago. He's pretty much gone now.

Android can use C++ and C I believe... A tablet (Honeycomb) version would be amazing... I'm sure you could get a ton of support from the Android Community... Publishers as well as Google Nvidia (Tegra 2)... because of the lack of really good strategy games... It would be amazing
