Hello comrades. I from Russia and I wish to try to translate Warzone to Russian language. Of course if you tell me how to do it ;)

P.s. sorry for my bad English.

Go to this page:
http://developer.wz2100.net/browser/trunk/po

Click on the one you want, and then, after it loads, at the bottom, it will say download in original format.
Click that, and then get poedit (or whatever), and start.
and it ends here.

Hello, first an introduction! My name is Bruce van Duijn an warzone 2100 addict!

i want to translate Warzone2100 into the Dutch(You know Amsterdam)language!
So i downloaded the translation which already existed and started to work on it!
I have done quite some work already. And i hope to finish it with Christmas.
I have translated it from 12% to 21%!

Greetings Bruce van Duijn from The Netherlands

On the other hand, languages as Slovenian don't have as rich a military vocabulary as English. Fortress, bastion, fortification, hardpoint, strongpoint, woohoo. What's the difference between a hardpoint and a strongpoint anyway?

Well, Warzone doesn't use all that much military vocabulary, and I believe some words like "plascrete" are completely made up portmanteaus of "plastic" and "concrete". Of the ones you list, only "fortress", "bastion", and "hardpoint" are used, and I don't think much meaning would be lost if you translated "fortress" and "bastion" to the same word.

I started translating the SVN version to Dutch, but now I see Bruce and I are doing the same thing. That sucks. My version is done for 36%.
