Is there a new compile guide for vs2015?
The compile guides I can find refer to VS2k10 and GnuWin, but I believe Qt is now being used. Has anybody made notes on using VS2015?

Qt is still needed for all builds, 4.x for 3.1, and 5.x for master.
Any specific questions you got?
