This one is still marked "fuzzy" in the German translation, because no fellow German speaking person ever looked at the PO file and saw my comments So, here is the question: is this a scrambler technology which makes use of "synaptic link" or is it a scrambler technology which scrambles "synaptic link"?

Thank you for pointing this out. Unfortunately, I came across that before and it does not answer my question. Does this Synaptic Link Scrambler technology make use of or attack synaptic links? Or in other words: does synaptic link get scrambled or do you scramble with synaptic link?
