You could also install win 95 on a VM, and use that to run that program.

I have been unable to find VM software that supports Direct3D7 which, if I remember correctly, is what is used by pie slicer.

Blender works in the respect it can make models. But actualy making pie models you need a program to convert for example Object format to warzones pie format.
Personaly I use the program misfit mm3d rather then having to take a uni course of 12 years to learn blender.
That was a joke by the way!
I use Misfit in combination with WMIT and Obj2pie to edit the warzone models.
If you wish to go this course you can use this method with blender too.

I want to make a mod for the 1st time. But where can I find the DDS files. Ive searched for them, but I didnt find them.

Who can help?
