Tried to make use of the addon/mod:
BP's Expanded Structure Limits - 3.2 Release a mod by Black Project
It does not appear to be working, only thing I can think of is the text I was to add to the properties - Here are the instructions I followed:

Windows: %userprofile%\Documents\Warzone 2100 3.1\3.1.5\mods\global\

"C:/Program Files/Warzone 2100/warzone2100.exe" --mod=whatevermod.wz

I specially installed Warzone version 3.1.5, which the mod/addon specified, just to be extra thorough.
The Mod/addon is supposed to show like 7 pages of structure limits/choices, but only the original/standard two page configuration comes up.

Is there something wrong with the mod's instructions above?
Did I miss something?

This Addon specifies version 3.2.0
You are trying to run it on 3.1.5
I have not looked at this mod at all I only see that your using the wrong version.

The texts specifically refer to version 3.1.5 which is the only reason I installed it.

Try the same method but use 3.2 version.
If it does not work still then there is bugs in the mod.
