Any infantry mods available?

I simply just want a mod to allow me to make Scavanger infantry. Ive seen other topics on this but they're old so I'm just seeing if anybody on here will reply. I have no experience in coding but am attempting to figure out how to mod. Learning how to do is incedibly hard seeing as how nothing has been updated in the past 5 years and even then they didnt explain very well how to do the things that they do.
