I'm too new to find out how to do this. Therefor, How could I change the multiplayer unit rank system? I want to make it less kills to rank up. This way, it will make the ranks more effective during multiplayer

Unfortunately you can't easily change it, you would have to alter the source.

Well it is _very_ easy to alter in the source though. You wouldn't even have to be a programmer to understand how to do so.

Just change the rankmap in src/droid.c.

This is not an adequate alternative though.

Apart from being able to modify the source, you must also know how to checkout it from the repository, how to compile it and how to spread it among community or friends and different operating systems and this can be not as easy and a rather inconvenient method to make modifications to the game.
