Kudos to whoever did the walls - the detail is just amazing!
Epic Walls!

You can see clearly how much better the walls look to things like the vtol pads and gates. Looking forward to future releases, great work!!

I agree, this is an amazing mod.
It should become default when it's done.

Yup, and I think the max zoom level should be increased so it's easier to zoom in that much. I was only able to zoom that much by going in to debug mode and then "following" a unit (select unit, press spacebar) and then zooming with the camera. It landed right behind a wall so I was able to get that screenshot - I new the walls were massively improved but it wasn't until I saw them at that zoom that I really realised just how massive the improvement was. Click on the pic above if you haven't already done so, to see it full size.

In fact, there's only one tiny, barely noticeable design glitch that I can see on those walls:
white bit between wall and base
white bit between wall and base
art-rev-1.png (66.67 KiB) Viewed 12991 times
I realise that's just the two edges of the base next to each other, causing a small white region under the two edges of the wall on top of the base. And it will only occur when you have two hardpoints next to each other, and even then only if you can zoom in enough to see things at that detail level. Would it be possible to locate the pixels that cause that and just darken them a touch?

Are you possibly using the ultimate scavenger mod simultaneously, because that texture on the oil well looks suspiciously like one of berg's factory/warehouse thingies ;)
Unfortunately, texpages with the same number tend to clash between mods.
Also, looks like shaders are broken for you for some reason, there's no normal mapping nor any specular reflections on the metal :/
What version of warzone are you using?

I'm on Warzone 3.1 rc 3. I do have ultimate scavs mod installed. I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.8, which is sadly pretty ancient version - I've yet to pluck up courage to upgrade OS X...

What should they look like btw?

Hi forgive my noobishness but where do I install this mod?
I am using the latest build if that is an issue.

it looks really great and I would love to try it.

Here's a screenshot from my computer, from the same map. It's really cool, unfortunately the height placement of trees seems to be quite problematic.

Looking the logs, I realized I was having the same shaders problem as aubergine reported.

I managed to resolve the issue just commenting out line 6 and 31 of shaders/tcmask.frag

Now the mod looks awesome !!!!!
Thx guy's :D

@felipe line 31 is an "if" statement - did you comment out the whole block? Could you upload your version of that file so I can give it a try?

Hello Aubergine :)

What is that thing next to the truck to be? I am here for the third time and I assume I have some visual drawback? :3

I also like the look of the wall on the other screen, but there is something that let me say, worries me there, and I cannot tell what it is. Or maybe it is just me? :hmm:

The ony thing I worry about is that the gun looks too small on the hardpoint in this new design, so it becomes hard to see which canon is fitted onto a hardpoint if you do not zoom in very closely. O.-

Like the Cartoon Mod, this work is likewise STUNNING.

[EDIT] Removed irrelevant drivel on my part. :D
