I've been doing ok with object space normal maps so far, but the fact that they need unique texture space on pretty much all parts makes it a bit labour-intensive (and the amount of texpages is growing at an alarming rate). We've been anxiously waiting for more updates to the graphics code, and making graphics with the current limitations can sometimes be a bit frustrating.

It works, Warzon33r_PL.
Put the mod in the autoload folder (mods>autoload). But be sure, there is no other mod loaded.

The collective license of the mod is CC-by-sa-3.0 if I remember correctly, although I license my stuff as CC0, unless otherwise specified. Anyway, feel free to use it, and if you make your own mod with it, please make a text file like credits.txt or something where you mention the ArtRev team and bundle it into the mod.

Hi, I'm currently working on hd basesplates, so I'm wondering if you're interessted in them as contributions to the AR mod.
I redrew all the baseplates and would like to share them, but before I start a new mod etc. I'd just like to contribute them to an existing art-improvement project.
I'm adding two screenshots of the textures ingame. The texpage files are quite big ~10MB (1024^2), so I'm not sure if I should upload them here. Also I'm really interessted in comments. Just tell me what you like and what should be improved so far. There is definitley room for improvement and I'm far away from using all the potential of that resolution.
P.S. All textures inherit the GPL licence of the originals that they are based on.

I have one idea though, could you make another version with alpha channel fading at the edges? Since the building bases support an alpha channel, I think we should try to make use of it.

Let's see:
Among the alpha campaign weapons only the lancer and truck are still unfinished (MaNGusT has WIP models)
Then there are the cyborgs, scav buildings, features and buildings (some stuff done on the cyborg factory and I have a WIP of the command center)
I've done most of the defensive structures except non-mg bunker, mortar pit and hexagonal emplacement.
Fininshed weapons outside alpha campaign are:
-Hellstorm
-Twin assault cannon
-Assault gun (semi-WIP, not exported)
-HPV cannon
-Whirlwind turret
Unfinished bodies left: panther, tiger, nexus series, dragon, wyvern, as well as propulsions for dragon
