I assume the map is for 3.1 because if no there is a lot of tileset correction needed..
You have also made the water entirely inaccessible, was that on putpose?
You have elevated the water highly in some places, it will look like sort of Tsunami sit.. if you wanted to make some waves, for sure there are not to be so high.
The hills on the ground have a very big difference between main terrain, it may cause units to climb it in unnatural way.
You can make the cliffs much better looking by using cliff brush on red tiles.. as the way you have painted it from textures tab is lets say inapropriate
Nice beginning Sir, but a lot to improve.

Hi Virus
Very nice map, I see nice improvement, but those Scavs on the island will remain stucked there.. maybe reconsider connecting the islands in some way, and then allowing them to go to mainland at two sides to make it fair and equal? And I think you have just used every tile on the islands to place them. Those are only a suggestions Sir, as I said the idea is nice.
I like the bridges very much

those remind me my first bridges

I also think placing 8 trucks will make game much much faster.. and already there is so much oil in the base.. so it will be as I said.. ultra fast.. or ultra rush.. but if it is your aim then good
Ah.. one more thing

you can autocrop your image with Gimp program, it will in one sec cut this whole black area around the map to make it look nicer
