Can you say what should i edit? i know how wrf files works, but i dont know what i have to do. Contingerncy mod works good as autoload mod. I think structure of wrf is correct.

The trouble is not in wrf, it's in names.txt, afaik.
We could use a little telepathy practice though.

Just faced this bug when i tried to make map-mop from my balance-mod.
Is there ticket for this bug? Do devs know?
Bug: map-mods with modified names.txt do not work

I wonder why tracked vehicles turn around in milliseconds in Contingency and why Cyborgs seem to cost nearly nothing. :)

Sorry for the massive delay, but I've been really busy in real-life now that I'm back in college working for a degree in simulation and game development. That, and I'm intensifying my search for a job to help pay for these courses.

Unfortunately, I have nothing new to show because of this. I've been doing some work on making NullBotSW the new AI that gets bundled with Contingency (by finishing up with the Flamer/Laser and Artillery personalities) as well as some balance tweaks (that would've allowed players to research and build Gauss Mortar and Gauss Howitzer defenses sooner).

Is there a possibility for us to see the version 1.0 of this mod in anytime soon?

I don't mean to be annoying, just wanna know how this mod would look like in the future.

Gameplaywise and balancewise, it's pretty much done. Graphicswise, work needs to be done on the graphics and special effects of the various weapons. Finally, Nullbot will need to be updated so that it'll use the latest features of Contingency.

Unfortunately, I'm currently too busy in real-life to be able to continue work on this, much like how the devs for Warzone 2100 are too busy in real-life to be able to update Warzone 2100 on a frequent basis. I'm considering starting work on developing some indie games that I can then sell to raise enough money to keep me afloat, so that I could have more spare time to work on other things. Because of this, I'm currently looking for extra help from the community.

By the way, you're welcome to build off of what's currently available on Contingency, since it's licensed under Creative Commons.

Did you have any automation while making Contingency? Cause i see consistent naming conventions in stats and that sort of things, ... Might be helpful for derived works (?)

No I didn't. While I was developing the 1st beta, I followed standardized naming conventions to better organize stats, and manually wrote down their stats while following algorithms that I had used for keeping the gameplay balanced across multiple tech levels.

I would like to say. You done great job getting this far. But i have notice that the construction menu well jump around when your trying to find some of the structures.
