Yes. Definitely in the top 5 I've played since '99. :D

I have only been able to play in SKI and thus cannot at this time assess it in MP - much like my own efforts. :(

As an original WZ Mod creator BP, you surely stand as one of the very best over the last decade. Elite company that, including the likes of Stratadrake, Speedy, RSgod, Troman, Laws245.... :3

It was the Trident ICBM, a unique weapon of mass destruction in Warzone 2120, it was supposed to be included in this mod, but due to balancing issues, i removed it from WZ2120, since once you get the Trident, you have won the round (destroy a entire enemy base with a single nuke shot)

I can include this superweapon in a future small mod if people start desiring it too much :ninja:

About balancing, which weapons seems to mess with balance, if you can detail about it, maybe i can fix :D :3

The projectile speeds of the Lasers and Rail Guns are faster enough, i think it's unecessary to make faster even more :wink:

btw, its a great mod. i really like the vtols, walls and the starlifter' transport.

I've been playing it a bit more and i havent seen AI build any VTOL Factorys. is that just me or...
Also, i think it would be cool if you put some air-to-air weapons in there to.

Hmm, i haven't played my own mod weeks ago, try to play more the mod with diferent kind of maps, but before release, DyDo AI 2.1.4 builded VTOLs with no problems, i will check out later if it's just the mod or it's just happening for you :D
Also, i think it would be cool if you put some air-to-air weapons in there to.
Not necessary 8) VTOL variants of Scourge, Explorer and Warthog are both Air-to-Surface/Air-to-Air weapons, both effective against vehicles and VTOLs :twisted:

And maybe it's time to work on a next release, but don't expect a next release sooner :wink:

Are you planning to use a more recent version of DyDo-AI? if so and if you need any support just shout.

Hi DylanDog, i'm glad that you like my mod, most of my weekends were expended by working on this mod

About DyDo AI, the AI that Warzone 2120 uses is DyDo 2.1.4, it works fine and plays harder but cleaner.

I didn't tested DyDo 2.2.2, which is claimed to be more stronger than 2.1.4.

However, to make DyDo compatible with my mod (no matter the version) is sometimes a real PITA (Pain In The Ass)

I always need to replace dead research topics with another ones accordingly with the order of it's research path to make DyDo compatible with my mod, because if DyDo tries to researchs a dead topic... BOOM CRASH!

It's because i just simplified some research topics and killed most to make tech tree less harder to learn, so it's a big flaw of my total conversion mod.

I'm not saying that your AI crashes the mod, your AI works fine

It's not harder to get it working, but takes a good time, about 30 minutes AFAIK.

I can also make DyDo 2.2.2 work on Warzone 2120, but i let you to make this task, good luck DD :wink:

do you still have the twin assualt gun and the hpv, they are my fave weapons of all time and what do you call the python, my fave body and finnally ill asume that the propolsions are the same but if not tell me what they are. :lecture: :zZz: (lol)

p.s. if your wondering why i ask and not just download :...: and findout for myself it is because i have had bad experience with viruses :ninja: and want to make sure the download is worth it before i put my comp at risk :cry:

I don't want to disappoint you, but Warzone 2120, as i said before, is a Total Conversion Mod, everything between 2100 and 2120 changes, all weapons & bodies were replaced by new stuff.

The propulsions are the same, but got new freshly GFX + engine sounds for each propulsion :wink:

Don't worry about virus in this forum, it's a safe site, if you still fear about viruses, just ask to the developers, they will help you.

I updated the mod to version 0.2, it fixes an important error that leaded a crash to desktop due to a fault in the ZNULLDESIGN template.
