I painted but I do not know about licenses.
can you do that, you can so change the name of the Morgana's Blue UI.
as I said the images mod is synonymous for all Warzone 2100 ver. 1.x.x or 2.x.x or 3.1.x or 3.2.x or master is intended for other mods.
the crystal images looks like sh*t I've made a new one new_images_blue_by_morgana
