anyone who is the creators can do whatever they want others however can't they have to let me knew if they are going to upload a change of it

This is seriously uncool. You can't just pretend everything is CC0, and you are using other people's code and/or textures and/or music or anything else. Link removed.

For that to happen, you must get the permission of everyone's stuff that you used.
