Using Radioactive Sign/Biohazard Sign for Mod textures

Hello,

lang, lang time time ago, I did create modyfied textures for vehicles and weapons for the use inside a Warzone Mod.

Is it legally, to upload such Textures inside a Mod? (licensed "CC BY-SA 3.0 + GPL v2+"?)

I do referr to symbols like the radioactive sign or biohazard sign.

Example:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File ... symbol.svg

The attached Explanation reads:
"Licensing...This image of simple geometry is ineligible for copyright and therefore in the public domain, because it consists entirely of information that is common property and contains no original authorship."
To be exactly, I reconstructed these simbols and combined it afterwards with the 3D Model Texture.

Please, do let me know. :)

I'm not a lawyer, but using public domain stuff seems to be the most allowed thing to do that you'd ever going to get^^
