NTW Mod for 2.0.8rc1

finaly i converted it  :)
you will get new weapons, look and stuff (some weapons are just changed to make them more usefull).
you will loose all vtol weapons coz i think that vtols are to strong and they are often not used online ^^.

well, t1 balancer and ntw mod got both a few same things.
but they are 2 dif. mods... just brothers  ;D.

I only play with the AIs never online, so dont change things based on online only. There has to be others like myself, Set it on hard and max AIs allied and start game. ;)

well, i think u mean the vtols.
i did them of coz i think that pulse laser vtols are to strong.
if i c many vtol fans here then... well, maybe i put them back into the game.
i do them like in T1 Balancer 1.0a then.

the green mobile sensor is off coz he got unlimited range to the arty.
that means 1 mobile wide spectrum sensor and 1 mobile arty (ripple, hellstrom and so on),
can destroy all enemy buildings (all which u can c) from your base.
the mobile arty must drive in his weapon range but wide spectrum sensor not!
i think its a bug.
