Please don't .rar it
The map format is already zipped, you won't get any significant size decrease (2% in your case), but there surely would be people who will throw .rar into their maps folder and ask why it doesn't work, and also many people dislike .rar's for not being a free format.
Nice terrain, with a few more trees it would look really good.

Oh yes it's true I'm stupid, it's so clear the manual that it's impossible not to have seen the technical information, if I should have known a problem so uncommon comes thickly on the page of a moron who knows how to program, and calls stupid detail Programming to an error level 6
