Quantity rule or bug?
When in multiplayer you build many defense buildings, eventually some new ones stop attacking... is this a rule from the game? Or is this a bug?
Re: Quantity rule or bug?
There are two reasons why this could happen:
1) You're blocking your defences with other defences
2)Weapons are programmed to distribute their fire by not firing on units already recieving a lot of fire, like an incoming artillery barrage

Re: Quantity rule or bug?
Thanks for the tip, now that you mention it... But still I did some experiments, there was a lot of artillery firing to some tanks, but the anti-air defenses were not attacking to the planes...
Now this defenses were the last I had builded in the big base...
I understand your points, but I'm still doubting this could be a mayor problem...

Re: Quantity rule or bug?
Which anti-air defense were you using, exactly?

The laser one.
Just to add, in the same game, I created a small circle of 8 scourge missile towers, they don't even bother to turn to where the opponent is.
It is like if there was a maximum amount of buildings to be controlled...
