not sure of mission objective... (mission 10)

Okay, so I'm playing mission 10, which according to http://warzone2100.strategyplanet.games ... walk.shtml is:
Mission 10: Counter Attack
· New Paradigm is landing major forces to attack your base.
· Seek out enemy forces and destroy them all.

Well, as far as I can tell there are no enemies on my map.   I've moved several of my units around my map and can't find one of them.   I saved the game at 30 minutes on the timer, then started putting up several defensive towers.   The clock ran down to 0 and told me that I had failed.   Is there some other mission objective that I'm missing?   When the mission started the enemy was dropping off several units which provided some gameplay, but after about 10 minutes into it, no more dropoffs...

just make sure that all northern most places are explored... that is north west  north and northeast - make sure your exploring the right areas.... ;D

dont forget fight in the very south-east corner,
number of times iv found a half dead bug or cyber there...
or the occasional sensor bug on the hill just south of your hq

you know, since I saved the game I tried a couple of times to find the offending unit.  I just wasn't able to!  I ended up using the "get off my land" cheat just to finish the level.  Oh, well...   Thanks for your help everyone.
