Pre Collapse Structure

Maybe it's me but I am baffled - I have a base - When I make it to the middle of the map I can see the pre-collapse structure but units destroy it - I have cleared the map and nothing is left - The game tells me - mission failed. What the hell am I missing? I am stumped - this advanced neral synapse technology has my brain fried..

Help please?

I have no idea how to tell since it's a saved game - I know that you are looking for the advanced neural synapse technology building - I found it in the middle of the map on the upper plateau. I destroyed it and the base but the game doesn't do anything. Time just ticks away and at the end the missions fails. I believe I have found all the enemy units - do I have to blow up all the walls ???

You've picked up any artifacts left by these building(s)?
Maybe upload the save game file as an attachment?

I don't remember if ordinary walls count.. I know they don't if its scav walls, but any wall sections with a weapon DO count as does the artifact that some buildings leave behind. Make sure anything with a gun or base structure is gone and make sure to pick up all artifacts. For best results though go ahead and upload the save. It could be something your missing or you may have found a bug (not as likely but who knows)

had same problem.
it is mean that you have something undestroyed like enemies wall or oil dericks.
Simple method to check it without scouring whole map is to open this file
c:\warzone 2100 3.1\savegames\camaign\YOUR SAVE\struct
open it with notepad go to the bottom and look something like this

[structure_0000000039]

player=1 - player 1 means your enemy
name=WallTower02 type of structure you are loking for
position=3392, 14272, 255 YOU NEED THIS ONE
rotation=0, 0, 0

ammo\0=0

rotation\0=0, 0, 0

3392 first number is x
14272 is y
255 is z

0,0 - is top left part of the map
15000,15000 is bottom right
for example position=3392, 14272, 255 is simething like here

Well, the guy is trying to figure out whether there's a bug or he's just missing something, not trying to skip a level just yet i guess.
