Campaign modified ?

hi all

has the beta campaign been modified in 3.1rc3 ? just hit the 3rd mission and that mission you are supposed to get attacked by vtols yet i didn't see a single vtol which resulted in me wiping out the entire collective presence on that level in less than 10 minutes with a single squad of 18 lancers attached to a commander

is it just me or did the difficulty of that level get a huge nurf ? admittedly vtols are massively overpowered particularly lancer/TK/scourge equipped ones but removing them entirely from level ?? that seems a bit drastic is it really that hard to tune down the power of anti Armour missiles ?? which is really all that's needed as missiles are just to powerful especially when equipped to a vtol
