Take a look at the ROF (fireing speed), that should be faster too because 2.1? fixed the ROF bug for salvo weapons.

I save changes and i check this in game.

And Damage from Lancer AT, is almost perfect, BUT is still to high ! :P

In original WZ 2100 1.10 This rockets do in last mission in cam1, 160DMG
And with my fix they do 164 DMG ! so they made 4 damage to high :P but we can say its Good and fixed, i dont know how to decrease this more to 160... but i think its good
All you did was make damage multipliers from researching rocket damage upgrades (which not only affects Lancers, but also Mini-Rocket Arrays, Ripple Rockets, and Mini-Rocket Pods) negligible, since the values indicated there are percentage additions. (For example, researching the 1st Rocket Damage upgrade increases rocket damage to 130% base value.) You need to go to weapons.txt or weapons.ini, and adjust the damage output of Lancers there. You'll see that, in base.wz's weapons.txt file, Lancers (which the guide lists as having an internal name of "Rocket-LtA-T") have a base damage-per-shot of 160, while Tank Killers (which have the internal name "Rocket-HvyA-T") have a base damage-per-shot of 250.

Speaking of which, in Cam2-4 where you have to recover the artifact from the enemy commander I'm pretty sure the Collective was building Tank Killers instead of Lancers. My own (elite or so) Commander lost most of his entourage and took 90%+ damage himself before I got him back to safety (seeing 10+ TKs aim and fire all at once is just pure horror). I then chose to Bombard them (yes, pun intended) to death with a few mobile sensors.
