WARCON 2018 1x1 Championship Series

Russian WZ2100 comunity have organized 1x1 championship.
General information:
1. Warzone 2100 Contest Championship Series 2018 (1х1 WARCON 2018 Championship Series) - three-staged championship 1v1. Every stage is 1v1 tournament.
2. There are two main types of maps in game: high-oil and low-oil. We decided to use both of types, so it will be high-oil stage, low-oil stage and final stage. Final stage will be played on mixed pool of all previous stages maps.
4. Version of the game is 3.1.5
