Some years ago there was a tech tree displayed here:

But now we cannot reach it. The only image I found related to tech tree is:

What was the reason that it has been deleted?

It was taken down because it was not accurate. I would suggest visiting
http://warzone2100.info/ This is crab_'s website that gives you information related to the tech tree.

This is kinda a late response but if you do want to see the old tech tree you have to go to
http://web.archive.org/ and go to and old version of Warzone's homepage, then navigate to the tech tree. I wouldn't recommend it though because as Overlord said it is inaccurate.
