Never seen anything like that. Have you actually destroyed the last enemy unit/factory/unfinished_factory? Are you actually allied with your friend?

so you can't save in single player, you can't finish a multiplayer game in the 3.x version for the lockups, and you can't finish a multiplayer game in master because it won't end....
