Trouble loading maps

Post by rcbecker1 » 03 Mar 2011, 06:52

I cant get my maps to work on the newest Version of the game. When I down load new maps they are not WZ files. How do you make the new maps work and how do you set them up? or how do yoou get the new version to run older maps.

Older map files: 8c-Area51.wz

New maps have all kind of stuff with them.

New maps: 8c-AIAssault.addon.lev

the .lev is supposed to be in a file .wz . It's actually just a .zip file that is renamed. You should not try to extract that .wz file. (assuming it's a valide map file)
Heretic 2.3 improver and proud of it.

mod_mp (old-1.10-balance.wz) is enabled
What about playing without the mod?
The error looks mod-related.
