The latest Warzone2100 version? Did you use some command-line vars?
Maybe fullscreen with a resolution that you notebook doesn't support?

Some rare infos... :/

I tried with different resolutions, windowed and fullscreen, the same thing happens everytime, and I have the newest version.
Edit: by the way, what are commandline vars? sorry I dont know a lot about these things. xP

If he tried it windowed I guess it couldn't be a monitor problem... my first guess was a refresh rate problem - but if he tried it windowed I guess not.

"C:\Warzone 2100_205_rc1\warzone2100.exe"  --mod grim.wz --fullscreen --viewport 1280x1024

your shortcut may be different...  just change the 1280x1024  to 1024x768 as shown.
