Lexfiles no longer available

I don't know if this is intended, but the lexfiles for windows no longer exist.

Ah, yes, I deleted them, as they were far outdated (didn't match the svn version since a long time), I am now compiling everything on Linux, Troman has some other way to build them and there were no requests by others.
I have a MSVC project which can generate them automatically. (MinGW users very probably don't need those files anyway, since they are generated by the Makefiles.)
I will commit that project file when I am back on Windows. (Maybe tomorrow if I don't forget it.)

The instructions allready say that the lexfiles are outdated and will not work. I kept the paragraphs to hopefully remind me to commit a working solution for MSVC...
