Re: Crash in Online Multiplayer
There is no *real* stable Version - even at the Campaign it may crash at some Times. The Code is getting more stable with every little Work on it, but at the Moment, there is none. You may try the latest Trunks/Nightly Builds - those seem to be the stablest Versions around:reikaizen wrote:can anyone tell what is the stable version for Online Multiplayer???

Testing them is good for finding Bugs too, so for the further Development. So please tell, when you find something.
You may download the latest Trunk called: warzone2100_TRUNK-r****.exe (**** = should be the biggest Number you see there) and always make sure, that you and your Friend are using the same Game-Version, Map and Mod.
No. The Game may run out of Synch because of that or everyone may "fly" (loose the Connection), but the Game doesn't crash because of the Ping.. *usually*reikaizen wrote:question: is the ping and latency affect the game crash??..
In your Warzone-Folder, there is a File called stderr.txt, open it and copy the Error-Messages, it contains, right after the Game crashed, into your Post. If there are many Error-Messages, you may upload the File somewhere and post the Link to it. You may do this every Time, your Game crashes and if you want to report that - those Error-Messages make it easy for the People to see, what's wrong. But don't start the Game again, right after it crashed, or the File gets deleted and will be empty. Oh and yes, it could be helpful to know, what Operating System you are using and what happened when the Game crashed.
