Radar Jammers don't work against AI

I tried putting radar-jammers all over one of my forts and even disabled world-wide satellites for everybody, but the AI seem to STILL see everything I have and hit it with laser satellites--almost as if they've got hacks installed.

What is happening here? Is this a bug?

The jammer does not hide from the satellite.
After installing the satellite link, the jammers do not work

Yep, all current AIs work with visibility cheating. It requires additional effort to make sure they don't, and for default in-game AIs nobody has done this work. There are no other cheats that they are doing though, unless they're on INSANE difficulty, but nobody cared about the visibility aspect because (1) AIs are very weak anyway and (2) it only actually helps them win in weird setups like super-lategame battles with allowed laser satellites but disallowed visibility satellites.

Out of AIs that aren't included in the game, as far as i understand BoneCrusher is supposed to be completely cheat-free. Not sure if this particular scenario is supported, but you could try or ask.
