Units perpetually circling each other

I can't recall seeing this happen so often in previous versions, but I'm quite often getting two units which I have given instructions to, start to move in the same direction then they start circling each other and never seem to break out of it.
Is this a recently introduced artifact or have they always done it?

Is this with all types of units or just trucks? Sometimes I will see two trucks dancing with each other in a circle like you describe, I just reselect and tell them to get back to work!

Usually its trucks, tho most recently a truck and a tank started the dance too.
Yes, I usually just redirect one of them to get them back in business.
