Save Transfers

I am running Windows and I have an old campaign save from 2.3.9. I also have 3.1.0. How can I transfer my save from old to new? I have tried moving the file folder into the campaign save folder for 3.1.0, but the save does not show. Any help

Almost impossible; savegame format has changed significantly between these major releases, and no converters were made available.

Also, why not 3.1.3?

Thanks, NoQ. In regards to the 3.1.3 issue, two things: I just realized it came out, and my computer will probably have a hard time running it. Right now, it can handle two teams fighting in 3.1.0.
