I think I have Windows 7, to be honest I really have no idea nor do I have any clue how to tell one from the other. I do know that when I downloaded WZ 3.1 all it does is crash; but earlier versions played just fine. I saw the comment about updating a driver - but again I have no idea what video whatsits my laptop uses or where the driver is how how I get his drivers lisence renewed.

Get this program: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/22 ... 0.6.9.html (free)
It should tell you everything you need to know.

Most likely, you have a intel chipset laptop, and you need to update those video drivers at intel's site.

Thank you for your help. However, I don't have an Intel chipset, or Intel anything else. It is an AMD Radeon HD 6520G. Is that a problem? Thanks.

Just install the latest catalyst drivers from AMD's site, and you should be fine.
