I can beat New paradim but next shuttle mission crashes game after take off

I love this game and thank all who ressurected warzone.  I happily played until beating New paradim but next shuttle mission crashes game after take off.  I am running Vista home premium.  I don't know how to  get a bug dump.

I wonder if the new patch would work? However, from reading forum it seems quite complicated to run it each time.

any suggestions?

edit, I have tried about 100 times but always crashes
edit: I can't find any log or save files in 3 warzone folders,

to install hotfix, do I rename file after moved to folder? it is very confusing manover,

havent used vista yet.... does it still use the my documents folders....  if so look in the my computer / local drive c:/  your name / local settings / temp    ...  now look for a file called warzone.mdb (i think its called...)  and attach that to your next post.

Hi, thanks will attach file when I get home. 


I downloaded the hotfix and move to warzone 2100 folders. What I did last night is to delete the old files and rename the hotfix to the original names and I was able to move onto Gamma (2nd part?) of the game.

I got my tail wipped in the next 3 missions lol

Actually the file is called warzone.mdmp or warzone2100.mdmp

I've had No problems with Vista ...so far...

only problems with hotfix that I found is that some units won't join a group, and can only control if right click and expand view.

only problem I have with the game - I miss being able to click 1 type of units and than being able to group all the same units, it helped speed stuff up when a mess of trucks and turret healers were in the way.  the new game has lost that ability.

I installed 2.08 patch and everything works, just crashed and generated bug report due to failed transport mission to destroy missles in part 2.
