Much better now, but isn't cargo bay to small?

That is like the tardis larger on the inside

Yeah, or special device to shrinking objects (AFAIK they had one in this movie)? :-D
Anyway, it is not simulation, but should be as logical as can be. ;-)

The coloured circle around the fans looks odd because it does not match with the model surface. Would be better if it was octagonal in shape:

Also, not sure if the colour around the fans is a good idea - it makes them look like they are facing you directly (like standing in front of a boeing 747 jet engine looking straight at the engine) due to some weird optical illusion.

Yeah, +1 for remove or greatly tone down their color (plus reshape).

remove more team colour
remove more team colour

Much better!

There are currently 4 stripes of team colour. 1 on each wing, then 2 on the darker central (darker grey) bit. What would it look like if you remove the 2 on the central bit, and then make the lines on the wings wider and perhaps make their colour just a bit stronger?

Also, the cockpit looks a bit weird. I imagine, flying that thing, that the pilot wants to focus more on what is directly ahead and below (eg. when landing or avoiding crashing in to terrain). The current design looks like they only have good visibility of what's ahead and above.

Yep, better, but the model appears to me a bit backwards, shouldn't wider part be on the end instead of front?

I like your model Berg, however, using only textures for the fans looks a bit strange to me. If you look from the side, they are very flat, which makes them unauthentic, and the whole model look too simple.
I know the problems of polygon count and slightly complexer geomerty, but textures just don't look very good here.
Just wanted to let you know, no offence.

I like the wide part on the front, looks more like a butterfly that way.

Ha ha, it could be then backwards butterfly. ;-)

these don't match anything in the current warzone. is this for a new campaign? the design is too radical.

zany, everyone is free to experiment, that way sometimes great things got created.

yes I know but the thread is submissions for 3.1 and those do not fit what all the other units look like. it is like a sore thumb that sticks out. I am not saying they are not good I am just saying they don't belong in 3.1 and would only be good in a new campaign
