Perhaps as the Jackhammer Siege Rocket? The guidance aspect isn't useful for anything other than firing at trucks in the base.

The purpose of this T3 BB seems to be instantaneously destroying solitary hard structures at range, which is a good compliment to the short-range, but high-splash of the Plasma cannon.

Meh, all it takes is one glance at the weapon table.

All Rounder
Anti Personnel
Anti Tank
Anti Structure
Flamer
Artillery

are the six damage types of 2.2+. Their abbreviations are exactly what you think they are.

Biggest problem is that it makes MRA overpowered. Full damage to tanks and structures, while not having the weight problems of cannons?

First you'll need to define the MRA, is it a volley rocket launcher, or short-range rocket artillery?

Then you could determine which damage type would be best, anti-tank for direct fire, or artillery for indirect fire.

It's an MRL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiple_rocket_launcher

It's... both.

For balance reasons, it should probably stay as A damage.

I always loved the look of the devastator missile which was used as a T3 or T2 (I can't remember) bunker buster in one of the versions of the game by NEWST (I think it was them, again, I'm not sure)
I'm also not sure if I can upload the .pie of it, I never had any licence documents for it.

I'm thinking that the projectiles for these, in particular the VTOL versions, should resemble JDAM hard-target penetrators. These have a hardened nose cone and plunge INTO the target before exploding to destroy the target. I think... that a weapon like this should be able to destroy a hardpoint with one hit. And that VTOLs should carry two of them... although they would be pretty slow from the weight, so maybe just one..
