the problem with it is when you play other colors other then green,
Cyborg: is green for everyone

Super Cyborg crashes for other team colors

Is there anyone out there up for the challenge of make this workable or If you want to mess with the design :3

the coloring? thats actualy part of a different mod, the NSE_sounds_&_skins_mod.

I really like the look of what you've done XANAX :D and I'm gonna post a side by side comparison @ +13 Zoom in PieSlicer of your work and what is stock in-game now:

First - your New Borg Body:

That said there may be issues.

Your using the same texture page here and achieving your greater detail through polygon faces instead of in the texture itself and I'm not sure that will fly performance-wise in-game.... I could be wrong and leave it to a developer to comment.

On the Team Colors issue - I dunno why it's only pulling Green. :(

maybe we can make a color default like grey or black and the team colors are only on the weapons :ninja:
it could solve this




p.s. important: I used merge objects in blender, then did the textures & deleted the old model parts... could that have made it only pull green? ;)

True. But even at that scale it's amazing how enhancements to the original can come across.

Ack... that looks kind of ugly with no anti-aliasing. Or maybe it's just the old textures.

Can you screenshot either a wireframe or untextured version? It's hard to see just how much detail you have right now.

I know it has a lot of vertices but it works so far.. sorta xD


I'm no good at textures, some else is gonna have to do it
btw also they have to fix the uv mess too :-S
