What are the SVG files for?

they look pretty good in quality

They were meant for a rewrite of the GUI code that never happened. Or has not happened ... yet.

These will come in handy - once done.

I would imagine replacing all PNG files with SVG files may bring 1 step closer to not needing things like the Display Scale 100% to 150%
