libtomcrypt instead of openssl?

i heard it was better and lightweight, and i've seen some games using it without problem

The OpenSSL libcrypt seems to work fine (despite somewhat of a lack of documentation), and seemed to be linked in already (maybe only in Qt builds, or maybe only on my system, not sure), so not sure if there's any reason to switch.

Should add the 'libcrypto' stuff to the list of dependencies on the compiling instructions page. I had to figure it out for myself when attempting to compile Master. :lol2:
