First.. Hi All!!
Am I the first in here with a triple screen setup?
(Three 1920x1200 27" Asus's backed with CrossFired 5870's. For a total of 5760x1200 and 6 -feet- across!) posting.php?mode=post&f=32#
I am getting to know yer Warzone but the HUD is a bit akward at this rez'. Any tweeks I can dig into to sort this out or is it going to be a real coding tweek to make it work?
Would it help if I posted a screen shot? (maybe down size it to 1920x400)
I like to do some RTS every once in a while. I have done Metal Fatigue(that goes back a ways), Ground Control 1&2, Supreme Comander 1&2(well not so much 2). Did dome others like C&C but those are the ones I liked and played more than once.
(added a reduced screen shot)
Curious, an SS in-game gets my desktop and windowed mode has border on it. (..eeEK!)
Anybody want to see a full size one?

Re: 5760x1200 res' (..eh?) Tweeks
At the default FOV, the lense distortion in the edges seems logical...
Anyway I have two screens and I didn't managed to setup the game on both of them...

Dual screens would not be great as each screen would have part of the lense distortion. Neither would look normal.
The triples work amazing for racing and shooters, they pull you right in. They are not ment to be "looked at", they just add what you would normaly see out the side of your eyes. You get that "IMAX motion feel" perfect!
SupremeCommand allowed dual screens. Each was a camera on the world, fully zoom-able. Just one had the HUD. Great for two battle fronts or battle and recon..

I have also told about the distortion of the 3D some time ago, but I haven´t been understood. Here you see what I was speaking of. It is the same issue with other screen modes. In 800 x 600 everything looks right, but the more pixels you choose, the more the distortion increases. At 1920 x 1200 (or 1920 x 1080) the landscape and objects look distorded again. :-/
